Palm in a Bottle *Sold* by Roses-to-Ashes Palm in a Bottle *Sold* by Roses-to-Ashes
^.^ its itty bitty.. tree itself is only 2 inches tall... the palm fronds are made with green 30 gauge copper wire.. the base is wrapped with 24 gauge steel floral wire painted with copper and gold enamel paint. filled with sand and epoxy... part of my sisters long over due birthday gift :P

and btw it looks better in real life.. the bottle warps the tree on the inside.. hard to take a good photo

Very cute! I've always wanted to try a tree in a bottle.

Lol, that's a neat idea. There's always the classic concept of a message in a bottle washing up on a beach, but here it seems the beach is in the bottle

I love love love the bottle. This may (or may not) have been done before, but to me it's new, unique, exciting. Like ship in the bottle but not. So this is probably one of my favorite ones you've done to date. :D
