it varies on how much I sell for.. time materials ect.. you can see the ones for sale here [link]

to answer your questions:
1. I used steel floral wire.. (walmart) but its awful rough on your hands, so my next tree.. that am currently making is made out of copper.. alot softer and smoother..
2. they are twisted.. generally keeps it "together" by itself
3. already answered :P

Thanks for looking.. Hope my answered helped!

thats freakin amazing! i might try the tree as well, but something more my taste like "the tree of the dead" from the movie "sleepy hollow" the one starring with "johny depp" with a wire horse and headless horseman being all epic lolz

the wire im currently using is "TIE WIRE" (HOMEDEPO) bending with 2 needle nose plyers and using pvc rubber sament to glue them down[looking fo a better alternative if you got better material id like to know]

never heard of Tie wire... what gauge is it.. generally I use 26 gauge.... its easier to bend and what not... and try clear epoxy... walmart has it... 5 min drying time.. and nothing will tear it off..

oh on FAA? no its a free site... (to join and post art) if you are selling prints I'm not sure if it cost you anything.. I think they might take a percentage away of your sales......

hmm, i read on the terms that:

"In addition, FineArtAmerica.com reserves the right to charge monthly membership fees for Artists, Galleries, and Collectors. The current fee for standard memberships is $0.00 / month. The current fee for print-on-demand memberships is $30 / year. "

What this means?

Thanks for your time :)

ok I think I found out... if you upload a photo but do NOT supply your own prints.. they will take care of it for you.. make the prints ship them ect.. that's why they will charge you... did that make sense? Hope it helps!
